ATTENTION:  Community Meeting Regarding Affordable Housing Apartments

The Cesar Chavez Foundation is hosting an informational community meeting regarding the newly constructed affordable housing units. Vista de JJ Rodriguez Apartments is an affordable housing community developed by the Cesar Chavez Foundation offering 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartment homes. The following topics will be discussed:

  • application process, deadlines, and availability
  • documentation requirements
  • income limits, rents, and occupancy rates

Public Review and Comment Period:

The draft 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan will be available for public review and comment beginning on January 29, 2024, and ending on February 28, 2024.
