Americans with Disabilities Act

The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) prohibits discrimination and ensures equal opportunity and access for persons with disabilities. Montebello Bus Lines staff assist in compliance oversight under ADA federal regulations. This includes ensuring that ADA guidelines are consistently followed and applied.

To file an ADA or accessibility complaint regarding MBL’s programs or services or to request a Reasonable Modification, please use the online Reasonable Accommodation Request (RAR) form at the bottom of this webpage. Riders are encouraged to use the digital form below or to download the PDF version of the form, complete it and send it in an email to the MBL Customer Service team at: [email protected]
