Los Angeles County Emergency Rent Relief Program
The Los Angeles County Department of Consumer and Business Affairs (DCBA) is launching the Emergency Rent Relief Program to provide financial assistance to qualifying property owners and tenants impacted by recent emergencies. This Program will prioritize small landlords with four or fewer rental units to help them mitigate detrimental emergency financial hardships while also reducing the number of tenants being evicted in the County due to unpaid rents.
