OBTAIN A FIRE OR MEDICAL INCIDENT REPORT
Calls that the Montebello Fire Department respond to may generate an incident report. Incident reports for fire-related incidents are available seven days after the incident, and medical-related incident reports are available 24-48 hours after the incident. Requests for incident reports MUST BE DONE THROUGH CITY CLERKS OFFICE. By Submitting a Request for a Public Records Request. Upon receipt of a request for City records, the City shall determine within ten (10) days if the records are public and available within the City's records system and notify the requestor of such determination. An extension to search for, collect, and examine the records requested may be required (Government Code Section 6250-6270). If you have any questions you may email us at: fireinfo@montebelloca.gov.

VOLUNTEER
The Montebello Fire Department has two volunteer opportunities. The first is for the Fire Explorer Program and the second is the Fire Auxiliary Program. The Fire Explorer program is open for persons at least 14 years old and no older than 21. The Fire Auxiliary Program is open to men and women who meet the minimum qualifications.
