Public Affairs Division 

The Public Affairs Division serves as the primary communication channel for the city of Montebello. Responsible for maintaining the city's digital presence through website and social media management, the division ensures timely distribution of information and manages crisis and emergency communication effectively. Additionally, Public Affairs oversees news media relations, develops comprehensive communication strategies, and provides essential support services such as graphics, photography, video production, and ceremonial writing for city departments, the City Manager, and City Council offices.

Information Technology Division

The Information Technology division plays a pivotal role in the efficient functioning of Montebello's city operations through the expert application of both established and cutting-edge information technologies. The IT team takes a proactive stance in identifying and employing technological advancements to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. From offering comprehensive technical support to facilitating seamless system analysis and implementation, telecommunication services, and data center operations, the IT division ensures the smooth functioning of critical city infrastructure.
